In the course of the Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl Disaster sitting it was declared that the Bill (Reg. No5524) suggests the implementation of the finance and organizational basis of the whole national state social insurance in case of unemployment of personnel and subdivisions of civil protection.
The legislative act envisaged the amendments to the Law "On Compulsory State Insurance in Case of Unemployment", that regulate the issues of compulsory state social insurance in case of unemployment in Ministry on Emergency Situations.
